Returns Policy
We do not except returns on any custom or personalized pet urns. If you are unsatisfied with a urn that you did custom order we will resolve the issue on an individual bases. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied you need to contact me within 48 hours of receiving the urn. If a refund is agreed upon you will receive a refund within four weeks of us receiving the urn back from the shipper. All shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once the urn has been returned to us in the original condition it was sent. We will begin the process for the refund. Depending on the your bank it could take ( 5 to 10 business days ) to receive the refund.
If you order an urn that is not a custom order or personalized we will glad give you a full refund for the urn. The urn must be returned to us within 15 business days. All return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer. You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving the urn to be eligible for a full refund.
Any jewelry that is purchased from us has a 30 days money back guarantee. You need to contact us before returning any jewelry purchase from us. All refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the jewelry in original condition in which it was purchased. Jewelry that was damaged by the buyer is non-refundable. If the piece is defective we will replace the jewelry item at no extra cost to the buyer.

Shipping
We offer free shipping for any order over $ 99.00. All items will be shipped ground insured using either USPS, UPS or Fedex. We currently ship only in the United States.
All other items have a fixed shipping cost. If you wish to pay extra for overnight shipping please contact me for quote.
